Access to Afrostore.be is open to anyone wishing to learn about the products marketed by Teroubi under the Afrostore.be brand, and more generally about African musical instruments.

These General Terms of Use (GTU) aim to define the terms of provision of the services of Afrostore.be (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and the conditions of use of the Service by the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

Acceptance of these General Terms of Use (GTU)

In the event that the User does not wish to accept all or part of these General Terms of Use (GTU), they are asked to refrain from using the Service.

Access to the Service

The Service is accessible free of charge to anyone with internet access. Intellectual Property

In accordance with the intellectual property code, all elements of the Service (domain names, texts, images, photographs, logos, databases, programs, formatting, etc.) are the full and entire property of Teroubi.

Any partial or complete reproduction or representation of the elements of the Service, whether in paper or electronic form, is prohibited without the express and prior authorization of Teroubi. The information collected by Teroubi in the context of the use of the Service is not communicated to polling and research institutes for analysis within the framework of its activities. This information is only used by Teroubi for commercial or informational purposes.

The User of the Service can exercise their rights at any time, free of charge, except for those related to the transmission of their request.

Evolution of the General Terms of Use (GTU)

Teroubi reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions, and provisions of these General Terms of Use (GTU) at any time.

Therefore, it is advisable for the User to regularly consult their latest version available on the Service.

Duration and Termination

This contract is concluded for an indefinite period from the use of the Service by the User.

Applicable Law

These General Terms of Use (GTU) are subject to Belgian law.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these conditions will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
