Access to Afrostore.be
Access to Afrostore.be is open to anyone wishing to learn about the products marketed by Teroubi under the Afrostore.be brand, and more generally about African musical instruments.
These General Terms of Use (GTU) aim to define the terms of provision of the services of Afrostore.be (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and the conditions of use of the Service by the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
Acceptance of these General Terms of Use (GTU)
In the event that the User does not wish to accept all or part of these General Terms of Use (GTU), they are asked to refrain from using the Service.
Access to the Service
The Service is accessible free of charge to anyone with internet access. All costs associated with accessing the Service, whether hardware, software, or internet access fees, are solely the responsibility of the User. Intellectual Property
In accordance with the intellectual property code, all elements of the Service (domain names, texts, images, photographs, logos, databases, programs, formatting, etc.) are the full and entire property of Teroubi.
Any partial or complete reproduction or representation of the elements of the Service, whether in paper or electronic form, is prohibited without the express and prior authorization of Teroubi. Non-compliance with the above provisions may constitute infringement engaging the civil or criminal liability of the infringer.

The creation of a hypertext link to the Service is authorized subject to:
- the link pointing to the home page of the Service or to one of its internal pages being accessible by opening a new window/tab of the User's browser,
- the information presented by the Service being used only for personal, associative, or professional purposes.
Any use of the information presented by the Service for commercial or advertising purposes is excluded.
Liability

However, Teroubi cannot guarantee the accuracy or relevance of this data. Furthermore, the information made available on the Service is provided for informational purposes only and cannot in any case constitute advice or recommendation of any kind.

Furthermore, the User agrees to indemnify Teroubi for all harmful consequences directly or indirectly related to the use they make of the Service.

The User acknowledges being aware of the limitations and constraints inherent to the internet network and, as such, recognizes in particular the impossibility of total guarantee of data exchange security. Teroubi cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the transmission of any information, including their identifier and/or password, via the Service.

The information collected by Teroubi in the context of the use of the Service is not communicated to polling and research institutes for analysis within the framework of its activities. This information is only used by Teroubi for commercial or informational purposes.
Teroubi does not communicate and/or transfer, free of charge or for a fee, said information to third parties.
Teroubi takes measures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of personal information it holds or processes in accordance with the provisions of the Law of December 8, 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data. As well as the European Regulation of April 26, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
In accordance with the provisions of this law, the User of the Service has the right of access, inquiry, opposition, and rectification for any information concerning them by contacting Teroubi by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt at the following postal address: Teroubi, Rue Eugene de Smet 34, 1090 Brussels, BELGIUM.
The User of the Service can exercise their rights at any time, free of charge, except for those related to the transmission of their request.
Evolution of the General Terms of Use (GTU)
Teroubi reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions, and provisions of these General Terms of Use (GTU) at any time.
Therefore, it is advisable for the User to regularly consult their latest version available on the Service.
Duration and Termination
This contract is concluded for an indefinite period from the use of the Service by the User.
Applicable Law
These General Terms of Use (GTU) are subject to Belgian law.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these conditions will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
