Shipping policy

Your parcel is typically delivered between 3 and 7 days (see more precise information based on the zone at the bottom of this page) after receipt of your payment.

The standard shipping method is through Bpost and Mondial Relay. We will provide you with a link as soon as possible that allows you to track the progress of your parcel online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage fees. They are determined - based on the shipping zone - according to the weight of your order, including its packaging, which can vary from 1 to 5 kg depending on the nature and quantity of the items ordered, or the total volume of the parcel(s).

We advise you to consolidate your purchases into a single order, as we cannot combine two separate orders (you will need to pay shipping fees for each of them in this case).

Your parcel travels at our risk: we are insured in case of damage, loss, theft, or robbery. Parcels containing fragile products are carefully protected.

To reduce our environmental impact, we do not send paper invoices. You will receive your invoice in the form of a PDF file in an email as soon as your order is shipped.

To find out the amount of shipping fees for your order, you need to select the products of your choice and the destination country. They depend on the contents of your order and its delivery address.
